Position: Engagement and Marketing Officer

Hours: 10 hours per week

Location: Tennyson Hall, Forest Road West, Nottingham NG7 4EP

Salary: £8,190

Are you ready to make a difference and drive impactful engagement? Join us at Belong as an Engagement and Marketing Officer and help raise awareness for our People Seeking Asylum and Refugee Access to Healthcare Service project.

What You’ll Do:

Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute outreach plans to boost engagement and awareness.

Manage Social Media: Oversee accounts, crafting and scheduling content for different platforms.

Design Promotional Materials: Produce leaflets, posters, and digital assets to promote the project.

Build Relationships: Connect with community organisations, health professionals, Nottingham City Council, and media contacts.

Coordinate Events: Plan, organise, and attend events, workshops, and campaigns to engage stakeholders.

Analyse Engagement Data: Collect and assess data to refine outreach efforts.

Ensure Accessibility: Make sure all communication materials are inclusive and culturally appropriate.

Collaborate with Project Staff: Align marketing efforts with project goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Marketing Experience: Proven background in marketing, communications, or community engagement.

Digital Skills: Strong digital marketing and social media management abilities.

Content Creation: Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of inclusive outreach practices.

Analytical Skills: Ability to measure engagement impact.

Communication: Strong communication and listening skills.
